Over the course of the creation of SIX, we had many set rehearsal days and hours which included either the hole cast, Year 12 or 13 ensemble or just the queens. The way I managed my time successfully and ensured I was organised for every rehearsal was by always checking the schedule the day before each rehearsal to guarantee i was present for the rehearsal, I would make sure I knew exactly what time I was needed and what I needed to bring along with me to rehearsal. To make sure I was ready, I would pack my back the night before with all the essentials I need so that I wouldn't be rushing around looking for things before I need to leave. I would also make sure that I was setting multiple alarms and earlier ones to guarantee I would be up and ready for rehearsals.
If I had been of for previous rehearsals, I would make sure I learn the choreography or lyrics which I had missed in my own time, either over the weekends or during my breaks or free periods, we also recorded our rehearsals so therefore, we could look at the videos and pick it up from them to catch up on what we had missed. This helped me catch up what I had missed and needed to learn. We also had Kayliegh and Robyn as our dance captains and were there to help pick up a dance if we couldn't get it or help us if we had missed it to ensure we were all at the same stage.

The last week of rehearsals were near enough all day everyday as we wanted to make sure the show was polished and as best as it could be. In the last week we went a lot over spacing and making sure we were all in the correct spaces so that we could all be seen and not get lost behind people or behind the curtains. Also in the final week, we worked on the tech to make sure all the lighting and sound cues were correct and that nothing could go wrong. Teaching took up about a day and a half of our rehearsal schedule so during this time, if ewe were not needed, we were making sure that all our harmonies sounded perfect, and all of the choreography was polished to the best.

Rehearsal schedules are important as for many different reasons. They give all the cast and crew clear instructions\of when they are needed, from when they start to when they finish. Rehearsal schedules didn't only help us, they helped the teachers/ directors/ choreographers as it mean they knew exactly what was happening in that rehearsal and didn't have to worry about telling us all individually, as we would see what was happening on the rehearsal schedule. A rehearsal schedule is also good as it gets us prepared for every rehearsal and helps us and the directors all be on the same page.
